Testing, Adjusting and Balancing

We follow codes and practices established by AABC (Associated Air Balance Council) and NEBB (National Environmental Balancing Bureau) for testing, adjusting, and balancing of the following

1. Air distribution in central air conditioning systems
2. Water distribution in central air conditioning systems
3. Temperature and humidity control systems
4. Noise level
5. Cooling and heating components
6. Safety and protection control circuits
7. Hot and chilled water networks
8. Industrial air and water networks.

Previous experience in this field includes Orascom, Bahgat Group and Nile Pharmaceutical company

Air Duct Cleaning

Sick building syndrome is a symptomatic problem endangering the health of all people confined to closed air-conditioned rooms. Air duct systems can collect unhealthy amounts of dust, moisture and decaying organic matter, which provide an ideal setting for bacterial, viral and fungal growth. When inhaled, such contaminants and their by-products can lead to serious health problems, the symptoms of which could include watery eyes, headaches, allergy, and nausea. In addition to the health problems, dust costs you money. Dirty air makes wall coverings, carpets and clothing get dirty quicker, decrease cooling efficiency and increase risks of fire and explosions.

Our scope of work includes:
1. IAQ Investigations where we investigate indoor air for pollutant gases, respirable particles, and microbial and fungal  infections. We measure levels of :
* Carbon Monoxide
* Carbon Dioxide
* Sulfur Dioxide
* Nitrogen Dioxide
* Formaldehyde
* Ozone
* Suspended respirable particles
* Microbial and fungal counts
We also measure the central air-conditions parameters and fresh air quantities and provide a detailed report of IAQ level, and recommend solutions and measures to be taken to improve the indoor air quality to meet the approved standard levels

2. Air duct cleaning and decontamination where we
* Video-tape a section of the inside of the air-duct system
* Clean and disinfect the air ducting systems and all air outlets
* Wash the cooling coils and the drains using hot water and detergents
* Fog the system with odor killers and disinfectants

We follow NADCA procedures, and the original Air-Care equipment we use are specially designed for the service, and the chemicals are fully tested and approved by the E.P.A "Environmental Protection Association" and backed by thousands of satisfied customers. Hilton Hotel, Sheraton Hotel, and the American University in Cairo are examples of our major customers in this field.
